TUTAM Project based on a purchase of a property – three categories of unique properties – and the possibility of transferring it for further rental to a professional operator. The attractiveness of a business model lies in the individual choice of when and for how long the owner wants to earn on his investment.
As Consultants in structural engineering in this project we specialized in providing expertise on the structural integrity and stability of buildings and infrastructure projects. This project involved conducting structural analysis, designing foundations, beams, columns, and other structural elements to ensure safety, durability, and compliance with building codes and regulations. MEP design consultancy services was part of our role focus on designing efficient and sustainable mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for buildings.
Main Project Challenges
Technology Integration: Adopting and integrating advanced design tools, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and digital collaboration platforms can improve project efficiency and quality. Challenges were include training staff, overcoming technological barriers, and ensuring seamless integration across project teams.
